A commercial for some community college on the radio once told me, "Smart people finish what they start,".  Well, here I am, attempting to finish what I started. I fell off the posting wagon, but I'm climbing back on again.

I was rooting around in some folders and notebooks tonight, looking for bits and pieces of several short stories that I have been working on for... oh, the last five years or so... and I came across all sorts of old jewels. I thought it might be fun to post some sketches and stuff I found up here on the blog.  I'll start with this little bunch of caricatures and cartoons of friends and random people that I found in a sketchbook... (BTW, the chick farting the clouds into the sky is Sophie, of  The Tadaaa Blog)

Allyson Goes to the Movies: Woman in Black

I'd like to start a new segment on my blog... "Allyson Goes to the Movies".  In this segment I will post a sketch inspired by a movie. I'll try to do this every time I see a movie. I doubt any of these jokes will make sense at all unless you have watched the movie, so go watch the flick then come back and click!
